By using Spread It, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the application.

1. Service Description

Spread It is an AI-assisted content creation and multi-platform publishing application. Users can prepare content and publish it to the connected accounts through the platforms' official APIs.

2. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the text, images, videos and metadata you publish through Spread It. You agree to:

• Not publish content that is illegal, hateful, violent, misleading or infringes the rights of others.
• Comply with the rules of the target platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Not circumvent security controls, usage limits or API restrictions.

3. Third-Party API Access

Spread It uses the official APIs of Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube. Use of these APIs is subject to the platforms' own terms. Spread It cannot be held responsible for an approval refusal, suspension or account restriction applied by a third-party platform.

4. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided "as is". om43byONLYMATT cannot be held liable for interruptions, errors, data loss, organic reach reduction or indirect consequences related to use of the service.

5. Availability and Restrictions

We may limit, suspend or interrupt all or part of the service for maintenance, security, legal compliance or product updates.

6. Changes

We may change these terms at any time. The update date shown on this page will be adjusted accordingly.
